At Fair Oaks Design, creativity runs in the family.

Founded by Mike Fleury, a seasoned product designer with a passion for precision and innovation, Fair Oaks Design began as a space where ideas took shape—literally. With decades of experience in 3D modeling, prototyping, and custom design, Mike has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful solutions.

His daughter, Janelle, grew up inspired by that same spirit of hands-on creativity. Today, she carries that legacy forward through her own shop, 3D Resin and Tee, a vibrant offshoot of Fair Oaks Design that brings handmade resin jewelry, unique lights, and graphic tees to life. Her work blends artistic expression with cosmic intention, offering one-of-a-kind pieces that resonate on a personal level.

Refund / Return Policy: Thanks for purchasing our products at fairoaksdesign.com operated by Mike Fleury. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Before requesting a refund please call Mike to discuss the reason. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact Mike.

Commercial Use All purchases on the shop include small business licensing and are available for commercial use. Please do not redistribute the digital files under any circumstance. Upon purchasing a file, you’re welcome to print and sell my items at a physical location or sell physical items (items that you created from my files) on online marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon. In short, you are allowed to: • Create Unlimited Physical End Products You are not allowed to: • Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files. • Install or embed on 3rd party platforms/servers • Convert templates to other formats and sell those as new templates. Purchasing this file grants you a royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the image/graphic for commercial, merchandise, personal, educational or editorial purposes. Commercial: You can make usage of this STL or image in any print or electronic media, including websites, packaging brochures, flyers, graphic design work, physical store branding and advertising use without crediting attribution or copyright. Templates: You can use the graphic for digital templates including websites, brochures, etc, intended to be sold online on-demand. Logos: The graphic can be used to create a logo as a part of it. You can Copyright your logo using this graphic/image but that won’t stop anyone from using the image on other projects. It would only protect your exact logo design. Please note: The illustrations and files may not be resold, sub licensed, rented, transferred or otherwise made available for use or detached from a product, software application or web page. These illustrations/files may not be offered as a freebie to promote your website or blog without written permission from me. Making modifications or alterations to any of my illustrations or other materials does not free you to then sell or license them and call them your own. Do not copy or replicate my designs as these images are copyrighted under a creative commons license. The purchase of this license does NOT transfer copyright. Customer Disputes:

If you have any problems they will be solved personally by Mike Fleury.  The only dispute I can imagine is the customer not receiving what was intended.  If you are the least bit unsure of what the products look like after viewing the product's videos, please let me know and I can provide more photos or videos of the sculptures.  I do all the photography and web design work, so your satisfaction is guaranteed within 12 hours.

Shipping / Delivery information:

Shipping is free as the cost of shipping is absorbed into product pricing.  Products are shipped by USPS first class mail, unless they are too large which in that case, will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground.  USPS first class is 2-5 business days.

Please understand this:

These products are extremely lightweight, weighing only ounces, and may therefore seem "cheap" to some people.  This can be solved by gluing them to steel weights to give them some heft, but this would dramatically increase the cost.  Also, there is a safety concern when used near children, so except for products like chess sets, this will not be an option.  You are receiving visual art and are paying for the design and the one-at-a-time advanced building technique, not the weight of the product.
