Wingspread

Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for SC Johnson president Herbert Fisk Johnson Jr., Wingspread was completed in 1939. The 14,000-square-foot Prairie-style home takes its name from four long wings that reach outward from a soaring central Great Hall.
The Johnson family donated Wingspread to the Johnson Foundation in 1960. Today, this National Historic Landmark serves as a conference center and remains one of the largest and most remarkable residences Wright ever designed.
